Logos like ABC Studios/Warner Home Video being skipped in VLC
So when I went to watch Revenge Season 1 on VLC, it didn't show the ABC Studios logo at the beginning. It just skipped to the DVD menu. Same thing happened with Superman Returns.

Try this:
Tools -> Preferences -> Show settings: ALL
Input codecs -> Access modules -> DVD with menus
Untick the option "Start directly in menu".
Save the preferences then exit and restart VLC.
