"Enhanced" CD from 2002 - How Do I Make it Play?

Hi - I have a an old music CD from 2002 that is "enhanced" - it says that it contains interactive multimedia. I am on an HP Envy laptop with Win10. I tried opening the disk both as SVCD/VCD and as an audio CD. For audio CD it eventually launched the audio, but that was all. For SVCD/VCD the progress bar just kept going back and forth and nothing ever happened.

Please forgive my technical ignorance, but if anybody can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

There's a link to Xine in the one I've posted already. Download that player and see if it works. You can keep vlc for all other audio / video playback.

That's not. E-CD is hybrid with data partition, usually containing shitty DRM exe with quicktime files

I also have a few old Enhanced CDs from the early 2000s but with music videos on them as well as the songs (Enhanced CD is a version of CD ROM). When I put the CD into my drive, VLC is able to detect the video file, but thinks that its an audio file. When I play the track, it's just static. I tried using the convert feature to convert it to a video, but the file won't open. Can someone help? I thought I'd put this here as its a similar issue.
