Need help converting

Hi all - new here. I am trying to convert an .mp4 to a .ppx I have Microsoft 365 (newest versions) and VLC player 3.x I used Canva to make the presentation thinking it would go into .ppx and it won't. I am teaching this course next week and would prefer not to have to redo it. Thank you so much in advance!

I have never tried this, but you may not be limited to mp4 because it is quite easy to convert it to other video format:

or video players can save a snapshots from the video when you press certain key, and then you can use these images possibly more easily in the ppt.
