Why has version 3.0.15 been taken down?

Postby opethdisciple » 14 Jun 2021 22:15

Any reason why the version 3.0.15 is no longer up for download?

I installed this version last week but now I notice it has been taken down.

Any reasons?

Also... what has been going on with the last few releases?

Since the issue with the auto update not working form version 3.0.12 until 3.0.15 (up then taken down) things seems to be a bit turbulent with these releases.

Also I noticed the auto updates weren't working in the 3.0.14 version which is why I had to do an uninstall and then reinstall of 3.0.15 which is no longer up for download.

We understand this is free software guys and we thank you a lot as VLC is great just curious that's all.

There's a test build of 3.0.16 available now: https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.ph ... 00#p518400
