Converting HDR into HDR

Hi,

I’ve just purchased an M1 MacBook and I’m hoping to convert 4k HDR .webm into something more useable (h264/h265) but NOT lose the HDR.

Is this possible?

If not, any ideas of what I can do instead, would be great.

VLC is not exactly the best tool for this. Consider using Handbrake based on our software and made just for this purpose. It's free, too.
