Interactive clicakble subtitles to link to a website

I just spoke to jean Batiste and he has told me that it is impossible by now to have a video with interactive clicable subtitles to access to a website
it is an idea that i have. is there someone that know how to do this?

TBH I hope it's not possible because that would be a serious security flaw.

i do not refer to a subtitle but an area where place a link to a website that might be clicked
i do no understand the security risk, but note i am not a programmer, just user level

A video should never include any kind of script.
Microsoft did that years ago with some Windows Media videos and guess what, some bad guys exploited this flaw:

there are lots of programs to enable hot spots in videos,even in open source. I am looking for a free one
