Crashing when they try to rotate a video? How do you fix this?

OS: Manjaro 21.0.1 Ornara
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.11.10-1-MANJARO
DE: Xfce4

VLC crashes when trying to rotate a video with:
Tools > Effects and filters > Video effects > Geometry > Transform

This has been an issue for many months, like a year now... anyone else who experience this and know how to fix it?

I can't reproduce (VLC 3.0.12 on Debian XFCE).

Does it happen on a specific video?
