Cannot use windows 10 snipping tool takes screenshot in full screen video mode

Hi,
I can use VLC to capture screenshot in full screen video without any problem, but the windows 10's snipping tool just not working, when I press the hotkey Win+shift+S, it can freeze the screen, I can press the screenshot button, but there is not any saving action that suppose to have.

It can works in windows mode, but not in full screen. It also works on my old pc, I recently bought a new pc, it's fresh win10 OS with VLC, and I've compared to the VLC's setting to my old one, all settings are the same.

Anyone has solution? Much appreciate if you could help me. Thanks

Hi starknight,

You can just press the prt sc key on the keyboard and then paste it on Paint of Windows 10. Hope this helps.
