Nightlies Builds Won't Launch - 'Damaged'

Hello - I'm using an Apple Silicon device and I'm not sure if there was something I'm missing. Whenever I install any nightly build I get the error:

“VLC.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

I've downloaded the .dmg from https://artifacts.videolan.org/vlc/nightly-macos-arm64/, and installed it just like any other app by dragging it into the Applications folder then I right-clicked on the application and selected Open as per instructions and it still happens. I've searched this forum and other sources but was not able to find any solutions. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same issues here. Tried lastest nightlies (10.april), says 'Damaged'
