Thumbnails while playing video ?

Hi folks,

I want to know if there is a way I can have thumbnails in VLC for an entire video. I'd like to click on certain thumbnails to go to certain parts of the video. Instead of having to drag the progress bar to eventually find the place where I want to be at.
Is it possible ? I have VLC 3.0.11.
