Followed this https://www.vlchelp.com/how-to-choose-y ... o-quality/ and set to 240p. But when I hit Ctrl + J, the videos aren't playing in 240p!
Not seen any other threads which got answered about this, please help, thank you kindly

The only driver Intel provide is for Windows 7 32 bit machines, and it does not work on Vista from having tried it before. The driver that is currently installed is definitely working, the device manager correctly identifies it as the graphics driver, and there is an Intel control panel in the tray that lets me change between resolutions.
Hi Hitchhicker, that driver does not work on Vista. I have already tried when there was no Intel drivers installed on the machine.
