Can that COOL thumbnail-popup be disabled on screencaptures?

Postby Valerie sims » 29 Jan 2006 04:25

Hi guys !
I need to disable that little upper-left-handed thumbnail view that pops up when a screen capture is taken, because my laptop's not powerful enough to handle that effect without crashing the VLC player if I take too many captures too close together when studying animation.
I figure maybe it'd stabilize if it didnt have to process that extra [& for me-unneccessary] cool special effect, since i have limited resources at my disposal.
So, can that thumbnail popup be disabled from showing when i take a screen capture? I searched previous posts, but did not find an answer to this question.

I've just added this option. You can try it using the latest windows build on http://nightlies.videolan.org/ . (Video preferences, check the "advanced options" checkbox)
