Default audio channels question

1. I have question about audio channels. Dor exanple if i stream movie with 5.1 channel quality but myself i have only 2.0 what sound goes throough obs ? and can i make somehow to be it 2.0 always? Probably all viewers have 2.0 sound quality. only with 320kbps willl be better to stream with 2.0 then 5.1 ?

2. Help me guyz. Some sound dont work in vlc with original channel configuration but works in mpc. i need to switch to stereo all the time. How to make it stereo by default?

If you do not transcode the audtio, then it is original format. You can control stereo mode in VLC menu during playback (Audio > Stereo Mode > ...) or permanently in VLC preferences.
