i cannot
a) resume playing a video although i have specificly asked it to resume playing.
b) cannot make the orientation how i want it to. like before the oct 6 update i could change the landscape orientation by upside down if i had to, without removing the screen lock. now it is no longer possible

Try simplifying the file name and see if it still persist along with changing the folder. I found that the updates broke the resume functionality of certain file path names that contain things like plus signs
