You can no longer adjust sync for either one.
It has not been removed. It has been moved in a centralized track management:Why was such a great feature removed?
Some logs would be helpful there. Please reproduce the issue and then go to: Settings > Advanced > Debug logs. Then share the logs with the sharing service you prefer (Google Drive, Dropbox, pastebin...).However, it crashes the video when clicked.
To understand this request: do all the video have the same delay on this device? The real question, that nobody is asking: Why is there no global audio sync or delay setting? So we don't have to change it every time a new video plays.
I don't really know these devices (but I will receive one tomorrow). If you have access to a file explorer, you can try to copy it elsewhere on a network directory / USB stick and get it back on a computer / smartphone. How do i get the log, as it's on the firestick?
You should be able to select it with your DPAD.How do we access this centralized track management?
If you can, some logs would be useful.Fire TV Cube
Can select the 3 dots and adjust delay however this crashes the player back to home screen . No problems with previous version
How does one roll back to earlier versions of anything on a firestick or cube?
Or a better question; How do we stop it from auto updating? Thx!
