How to get rid of extra tracks/stream subtitles?

I've made one srt file for each videos but the moment I play the video, on the Subtitle "Tracks" option, it shows me multiple tracks, same as in the codec information which shows me multiple streams.
Stream4, 5, 6, 7...

because there's sub tracks inside your video file. there's no reason not listing it
