Trying to edit and crop a video

I have the latest version and mac ios. I have a car race video and want to crop it but dont see the "Advance view" to do that.

Help please.

I have the same issue. I cannot seem to find any way to crop a video and then save it on macOS. I have however seen many tutorials on how to do it in Windows...

Try handbrake, this tool might be easier to use, for simply cropping tasks.
