Bogus "no soup for you" rule
It s pretty lame that I have to connect to japan server, with a latency of 193 ms,in PIA in order to logon to this site. The spam rule is bogus. No doubt Japan will eventually be banned too. Site devs need to come up with something better than this.

You can blame devs as you want as we do check a RBL.
If your IP is tainted, we can't do anything.

* Always provide verbose LOGS ! (command line or from gui)
* Always check your issue against a developer build from Nightly Build of VLC
* Tell us when your problem is solved !
