Convert/save loses video

Postby bearspa » 24 Jun 2020 05:00

I'm using VLC 3.0.8 Vetinari, Win 10 Pro. I'm trying to reduce the size of various mp4 videos using convert/save. No matter which profile I convert to, I can only get the audio in the converted file--there is no video.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I don't know what to change. I figured the default settings should work,

Try with VLC 3.0.11.

Thanks. I changed to 3.0.11, and it did show the video. What setting should I use in order to get the smallest video size?
