VLC 3.0.10 won't play HD m3u8

After upgrading to 3.0.10, many m3u8 won't play, such as:
https://wowza.3tcable.hr/Hobi_Kamelija/Hobi_Kamelija.stream/playlist.m3u8

In other programs and in online video player, it will play normally. What is the problem?

3.0.7 same thing, but, 4.0 dev vlc build opens same m3u8

Try a 3.0.11 nightly build please.

Tried from 2017 and 2018 version, won't play. But beta 4.0 will. very weird

Why 2017 and 2018 ? Try the latest 2020 one, 3.0.11 as of today.

same thing, beta vlc 4.0 is playing that m3u8 but record is not working (no video is saving in My videos)
