downloading youtube video

i have had some success with the downloading of yt videos but not always. i'd say so far 60% success.

is there a reason why they don't ALL download? after opening network stream and playing, it doesn't play. i get a quick image flash in the preview window and then
nothing, or maybe a message saying a video has to be listed or somesuch.

is there a reason why not all videos work?
