SAP in VLC Android

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if it would be possible to include SAP (Session Announcement Protocol) in VLC for Android.
I have a server configured with miniSAPserver, and I use this on VLC for Windows and Linux to receive multicast chanels.
But it doesn't exist on android, so I have to make playlists and put them in every android devices.
