Hello.

I got a problem using VLC 3.08 64 bit on Windows 10 1909 64 bit.

-> Open Network Stream

To help you, we need messages, to completely understand what your problems is.

From windows command line or linux or macos terminal, launch vlc with options -vv and --logfile=file

• Windows example: vlc.exe -vv --logfile=c:\vlclog.txt
• Linux example: vlc -vv --logfile=vlclog.txt, or vlc -vv 2>&1 > logfile.txt

Then paste the full resulting log here between [​code]and[​/code] (or use Pastebin.com if it's too long)

Also don't forget to name your Operating System and provide the VLC media player version.

I've read the Links and tested Version 3.07.1 and nightly 3.09.
No change.

What else can I try?

I have the same error as mentioned above.
Maybe the problem in my system is not only the VLC, I wonder...

You should replace the Stream for the Program "Das Erste" with the preferred URL:

My Recommendation for HLS ("Http Live Stream") is install the VLC-Player Version 3.0.7.1 (64-Bit) which is more stable and robust than the Version 3.0.8.

The puplic Broadcaster "ZDF" has change the "Http Live Streams", so that the Streams all splited or partitioned in an Audio- and a Video-Stream, like MPEG-DASH.
