Execute lua extension at startup or via command line VLC

Hello,

I want to be able to start an lua extension when i start VLC.
I cannot find a way to do this.
I also read somewhere that it is not implemented yet but that can be old information.

Therefor i have 2 questions:
1. Is the automatic start of LUA extensions implemented yet? End if not are there plans to implement it in the near future?
2. Is there another ''automatic way to start a LUA extension when VLC is started?
