Feature Request: Custom Default Playback Speed

In VLC settings in iOS you can select Default Playback Speed for videos and audio but the different options are to large to be able to be used. It would be better if we could just input our own for the default to meet our needs.

I would like the 0.01 granularity to be returned on the speed control as well.
