Crash of VLC when Mac OS X swith to dark mode.

Hello,

When my Mac automatically swith from light theme to drak theme, the VLC application simply crashes.

I am running the latest version of VLC 3.0.8, on the latest version of Mac OS X (10.15.2).
As well, I am running the software https://justgetflux.com that automatically switch the Mac os X Light/Dark theme based on the position of the sun.
To explain, when the sunset is set to 06:40pm, then at 06:40pm, the appearence of my Mac goes from the Light Theme to Dark Theme.
All the applications works without any issue, the only application that I am having issues with is VLC.
It simply crashes. It crashes, stop working, and then the only thing I can do is to restart the application.
This only happen when the mac os x goes from the light themes to dark themes.
Any help?

Does it crash as well if you manually change from light to dark in system preferences?

In which state is the VLC media player? Is it enough to just open the application, and leave it alone, or does it only happen in certain circumstances (like currently playing a video)?

Fixed: VLC 3.0.8 crashes instantly upon opening on mac OS 10.14.6, dark or light mode. Files dont event open the preview before the app crashes. App crashes upon opening without launching a file as well.\

Dumped preferences files: fixed.

The crash happen as soon as the system preferences goes from light to dark, or from dark mode to light mode.
Each time, that the system theme change, that's where the crash happen.
It does not matter if the default themes is set to dark or light, the crash happen at the exact time where the themes switch from light to dark or dark to light.
After the crash, I just restart the application, and all is good.

I think, it would be a great feature that the VLC theme automatically swith (like many other application) from light to dark, and dark to light when the system preferences changes as well.
