Problems playing xspf-file since version 3.0.0

When I play videos from playlist starting xspf-file, all goes well with the first video, but with the next video in the playlist, on the screen remains motionless frame from the first video. This have happened since VLC win-64 version 3.0.0. The last version, which works fine in this respect, is 2.2.8.
