"Swipe Right/Left - Rewind" setting have issues

Hi,

I'm noticed that after disabling "Swipe Right/Left - Rewind" setting, no longer working these features:
1) "Previous Track" button action
2) Zoom for badly encoded 16x9 videos by double tap.
3) Up/Down gestures by two fingers.

To reproduce you need to upload on FTP a few .M3U-files and rename they extensions on .VLC.

Is it intention or bug?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
