F7-F9 keys not working

Hello,

The F7 rewind, F8 pause/play and F9 fastforward keys have not been working on VLC. They still work on iTunes and Quicktime, but not VLC. I'm using version 3.0.8 on OS 10.14.6

Has anyone else noticed this problem and found a solution? In the meantime I'm using quicktime player.

The option : "Control playback with media keys" seems not working will VLC 3.0.8 + Mac OS 10.14.6 (I did a lot of test, by myself and with Apple Care)

Everything is fine with VLC 3.0.8 + Mac OS 10.12.6

Will report the bug to VLC
