Am I the only one?

I have read so much about this software and I downloaded and installed.

I have done everything to make this work. The video and audio skips. Like a slow computer so to speak. I have never had this problem before and I have read everything and looked for an answer to this problem on your site but I see no one else saying this. I have never had a problem with any videos before and that includes streaming from internet.

Does anyone know why this is happening. I have tried everything including setting everything back to the default settings. You can imagine watching a movie this way. After about 1 minute you have had enough.

What are the specs of the video that causes problems? What are the specs of your computer?
