VLC error

I have been using VLC Media Player for years.
There was a problem with my PC and the hard disc had to be reformatted.
I installed VLC back in my PC but now VLC does not read blu-rays. It does read DVDs but not blu-rays.
I tried with both Blu-ray burners installed in my PC, Pioneer and LG, which always worked with no problem. This time, neither one worked. VLC gave me the following message:

Blu-ray error:
No valid processing key found in AACS config file.
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'bluray:///E:/'. Check the log for details.
