More DLNA/upnp issues

Still having dlna/upnp issues with opensuse.
Have opensuse Leap15.1 (fresh install, not upgrade), fully patched, VLC 3.0.6 Vetinari, and:
Windows10 Pro 32bit 17763, 3.0.4 Vetinari, running in virtualbox, on the opensuse PC, sharing the network connection.

On the Opensuse machine, can see 3 DLNA sources:
1/ FritzMedia - a Fritz!Box 7490, sharing a 1TB drive.
2/ RT68 router
3/ RT68 router

On the Windows Machine, can see:
1/, 2/, and 3/, as per above
4/ a Gerbera (ex-Mediatomb) media server, and
5/ a FetchTV PVR

I can also see all 5 on all other Android/Hardware (eg Frontier Silicon based) equipment.
I did see the FetchTV briefly once, but has never shown again. Have checked (and disabled...) firewall on the Linux box.

Can anyone shed any light on the issues with opensuse/Linux?
