Heavy green pixellation

Hi all,

I'm using VLC media player version 3.0.6, and I'm getting corruption, in the form of heavy green pixellation. This happens with "Mulvacoded" season 1 episode 1 of "The Man in the High Castle".

The only video output option that works is Direct3D9.

I'm getting the green pixellation with the following output options: Direct3D11, OpenGL for Windows, OpenGL, DirectX (DirectDraw), and Windows GDI.

With the following output options, I get flickering and the picture "hangs" and won't update: Video memory, YUV.

No, we want a binary cut of the original file, not a remuxed one.
Please proceed with DGsplit as requested.

And we do need your log from your machine using your hardware.

I had similar issues. I fixed by modifying hardware acceleration. Go to Tools -> Preferences -> Input/Codecs -> Hardware-accelerated Decoding -> Direct X.

You must match direct3d11 acceleration with direct3d11 display, or dxva acceleration with direct3d9 display on windows.

I changed to opengl and videos played normally. 1st thought it was error in video and re-downloaded it but same error and then tested with other video with same results until I came here.
