Is there a way to add media from my network storage to vlc media library? I can browse the files on my NAS from VLC and have some basic playback functionality, but it seems to me that I can only add local files to the library.
Is there a way?

Hi,
The media library has been completely rewritten to handle cases like this, but it's not 100% integrated in the different VLC variants yet. It is completely working with development version for desktop but will come in Android.
