I'm seeing some conflicting information online that VLC can take a RTSP stream, from say an IP camera, and convert it to a RTMP stream, to say Youtube. Is this possible?
I've already got the first part working, VLC pulls the RTSP stream just fine. I just cannot get it to send the video to Youtube.
