Sorry. I saw now in documentation. Can be done by modifying the snapshotPosition value in the VLCMediaThumbnailer class.

The greatest ThumbNailer of all time - short video clips

A single picture can't represent a video, like a short 2 or 3 second segment can.

The thumbnail segment is found in the mpg filename like this.

When the video name has the start and play length and speed in them.. You have something...
A quick catalog of those Videos... Produces a play list.

The app is free.. So if you want to do something great...

I have years of video that i want to go back and select the BEST segment..
