When we use the VLC official website link for documentation on the 'Support' tab, we are taken to a VideoLAN Wikipedia documentation page where we can access the user guide. Unfortunately, we cannot find the normal Print/Export options in the left navigation pane. As such, we cannot print the entire user guide as a PDF or Wiki eBook. Why would these options be missing and how do we download the entire manual?

Hi, the wiki is not quite up-to-date but there are plan to write a new user manual.
Otherwise, I don't know the reason, but I don't think there is a "all-in-one" printable version of this manual.

Thank you for your reply, Unidan, it was very helpful. Hopefully, they will provide a downloadable manual sometime soon.
