I am trying to restream an http stream without transcoding but failed
vlc -vvv http://streamurl:8000/ext --sout '#rtmp{url=rtmp://192.168.207.11/locked, name=testchannel} ' --sout-keep
could you please help

There is not #rtmp in vlc.
