LibVLC RPI not able to play a TV stream

Postby Petes » 31 Dec 2018 06:55

So I'm using libreelec and I have no problems playing TV streams except for one channel that stays loading forever, I can open the channel from my computer but not from my RPI, I have recorded a sample and I can open it with VLC in my computer but when I try to open it in my RPI it just shows a black screen. So maybe I can send you the sample video somehow so you can check it out?

If it works with the same VLC version on a desktop system, then the hardware decoder (or its driver) is the obvious culprit...

Yes it does, so it's a raspbian or libreelec issue I guess
