Special subtitle display

Hello

I want to add another voice to a video, speaking in another language and I would like to display the subtitles for a longer time, in a scrolling window.
So the subtitles should be displyed in a special window where the subtitles are scrolling down showing in the middle only the current subtitle but also showing the past and future subtitles in the limit of the panel size.
This would help a lot because I could see the whole sentence before speaking it.
Is this possible?

Hi,

VLC is not a translation helper software, you might have better tools to do this.
For the feature, it might be useful for some people but I don't think it exists (as it is still an edge case.)
