video stream get freezed after some minutes

hello, i have a problem with one of my rtsp ip cam h264 streams, after few minutes the stream is freezing (the video not the player ui) until i relaunch it.

there is no error in console and no error in vlc console (with debug 2 option) nothing it freeze with no infos about why. And when i close manually the ui window the process is still running in background and using cpu i need to stop it manually.

anyone have an idea how i can play the stream correctly? or what can help to solve this problem?

i have tried on windows and linux, same problem.
