How to access ip camera via rtsp?

How do I display the images from an ip camera in the app, using the rtsp protocol? In the windows desktop version, I generated a file with extension: ".xspf", with the url rtsp included and works perfectly. How to do the same through the app?

As far as I know you can access them via media > open network stream OR CTRL + N and in the URL field type in:

rtsp://id:pass@ip:port/page

or if its local to you you can forgo the id:pass@ part and just use the ip and port. Hope that's useful
