vlc 2.2.7 | 3.0.3 green bars

Hi to all!

I use vlc V. 2.2.7. (Same problem with v.3.0.3)
on cubieboard 6:
architecture: armv7
cpu : s500(quad-core)
gpu : powervr sgx544).

I have a problem, with vlc, if i play files like avi or mp4 with hd or fullhd i have no problem, but when i run multicast streaming like udp://@239.192.2.121:5501 video works but have more green bars over video.

There's no problem of source video/streaming because on my pc works well without green bars.

It's a demuxer/codec problems?

I found the problem when i set video on 720 X ***, i see the green bars.
The green bars there are only 720px resolution.

When i change resolution like 705 X *** or 1280 X *** the green bars disappared.

Why it's vlc problem?
