Recording Ratio

Greetings everyone,
Lately I've been trying to take a snap shot from video therefore I have to set some preferences.
My Question is "What Recording Ratio is???"

The recording ratio is Advanced Preferences>>filters>>(tick on Scene video filter)>>Scene filter


This value could be set to 1 for minimum but What does this meannnn???

Hi,

this is the "Ratio of image to record. 3 means that 1 image out of 3 is recorded" (you have the information if you keep your mouse over the field)
