Hello,
VLC 3.0.2 works fine on one my machine with WinXP SP3 , while on the other machine with the same system the running VLC has no window when I start vlc.exe . If I use double click to any video, VLC shows only video window without any interface. So I cannot try any Preferences change. Right mouse click do nothing. What to do?
