Strange sound problem
I'm trying to play a legal DVD with VLC. (The Mentalist: Season 1, Disc 1) For some reason, although the sound seems to be playing fine during the episode, the disc's missing scene extra is silent, and, if there's any title music, it isn't playing either. I've had this happen before (I believe it was a White Collar DVD, also legal) but in that case it was only the title music that didn't play. Is there some sound setting that I'm overlooking? There's only one audio track for the clip.

Nobody even has any suggestions? Apparently all the discs in that set have this issue.

Pretty bad when you have to go on a completely different help site than the creator's to find the solution to the product's problem. Got it fixed, no thanks.
