iOS bug report. Not working with AirPods

No sound is played to AirPods.

Steps to reproduce:

Set default video playback to 1.5x speed
Play any mp4 video.
Seek to random time in the video.
No sound playing via AirPods

Reproduced on every AppStore version last 12 month (including 3.1.3 latest). On iOS 12.x.x and 11.x.x. On iPhone X, iPhone 7Plus, iPad Pro
