the weird thing is i have an old machine with 2.2.7 and works without issues. There's any way to further troubleshoot and fix the issue? I've tried the suggestions from other threads ( [url]https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=129392[/url] ) suggesting to add the username and password to the URL but didn't worked either
