Using VLC for live videos via http

I am capturing video from camera with VLC on my computer..but trying to see the captured video online from another computer via htttp..

how can I do this with VLC..

Click on the stream output option and choose http as the streaming method. Then you can connect on the other computer using vlc http://whatever:8000 or whatever your port number is.
