Your VideoLAN Release Signing Key 2017 seems to be expired now and not valid anymore.
I kindly ask you to prolongate the key or to publish a new one.

Sorry but I forgot to mention the root cause for this ask. Here is a short explanation of the basic problem:
The VLC 3.0.4 deployment files on https://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/ have been signed with the Release Signing Key 2017. However this key has expired now.
Hence, all these signatures are not valid and they are refused by openPGP checking tools (such as GnuPG).
